No Borders Animal Rescue Society (NOBARS) is a non-profit society that relies on the generosity of kind and giving folks to help cover the costs of all our expenses.   The majority of our expenses are veterinary care for our dogs.  Your financial support is essential to help promote our dogs and to help get these grateful animals to healthy situations, so that they can meet their new families.
